3. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or international laws.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or model weights of our AI systems.

- Overload our infrastructure with excessive requests outside of your plan limits.
4. Intellectual Property
Our Content: The 6MChunks platform, including its software, visual interfaces, and the "World Data Model" architecture, is the property of 6MChunks Inc. and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the agent configurations and specific queries you input into the system. You grant us a license to process this data solely to provide the Services to you.
5. AI Limitations & Liability
You acknowledge that Artificial Intelligence is an evolving field. Our models may occasionally produce incorrect, biased, or hallucinated information ("hallucinations").
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by law, 6MChunks disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
